Intellectual Property:

In purchasing from Holly Berry Woven Textiles, you acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Holly Berry website and Holly Berry products are owned by, or exclusively licensed to her. Please do not copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the Holly Berry website, or any Holly Berry product unless properly authorised by Holly Berry to do so. 

Description:

Every product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Holly Berry Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the site. Please note that many Holly Berry products are hand woven so can sometimes vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of hand woven textiles items, adding to the nature and feel of products and is not to be considered a defect.

Online Orders/Sales:

All orders are processed in GBP. Any orders placed using an account of another currency will be charged at the current exchange rate as converted by your bank, along with your bank’s exchange fees/commissions which are in accordance with the policies outlined by your bank. If you are not sure what you will be charged in your local currency, please contact your bank for more details before ordering.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Holly Berry Woven Textiles will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result, but is not restricted to, of one of the following:

– The product you ordered being unexpectedly unavailable from stock
– Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
– The identification of a pricing or product description error

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of the Holly Berry team.

Shipping:

Holly Berry aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days – this can be longer during busy periods. Items that are made to order will be given an agreed delivery date at the time of placing the order. Orders being sent to a UK address are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, but overseas and international orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered – please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe.

Holly Berry woven textiles ships (anywhere in the UK) using Royal Mail 48 hour, Tacked & Signed, therefore a signature will be required to keep your purchase safe. In the event that there is nobody to sign for the parcel, a note will be left with directions for collection. If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to Holly Berry, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage.

Please remember to take care to enter your delivery details carefully and correctly as Holly Berry Woven Textiles cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

UK orders:

Delivery within the UK is charged at £4.50 using Royal Mail 48, Tracked & Signed.

Delivery is usually within 48 hours after postage. 

Holly Berry aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days – this can be longer during busy periods.

Larger orders will be combined and worked out at check out.

European Union orders:

Tracked & Signed delivery within the EU is charged at £14.30

Please Note: We recommend that you check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, to see if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. Holly Berry does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. 

United States orders:

Tracked & Signed delivery to USA is charged at £26.59
International orders weighing under 2kg are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service and usually take around five days (where available), and orders over 2kg via a tracked courier service.

For other international orders please get in touch for a bespoke delivery quote before check out.

PACKAGING

All Holly Berry orders are carefully and beautifully packaged in materials that are primarily chosen to keep your woven purchases safe in transit, using packaging materials that are all fully recyclable and/or reusable where possible.

Please remember to take care to enter your delivery details carefully and correctly as Holly Berry Woven Textiles cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided. A ‘sent from’ addressed sticker is always attached to your parcel in the hope that any lost parcels would eventually be returned to us at the workshop, where we would endeavour to re-send the item to you after the provision of a correct address and payment for the repeated delivery.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting Holly Berry immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive. 

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery to you, provided it is returned with labels on, in the original packaging, (or equivalent standard) undamaged and in a saleable condition to the Holly Berry workshop (return address given below). All returns are sent back at the customer’s own cost and own risk. We advise using special delivery, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, less postage will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment. 

Goods deemed and agreed by Holly Berry to be faulty can be sent in the original packaging (or equivalent) to the Holly Berry workshop. A full refund, including postage, will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment. This arrangement must be agreed upon and confirmed via email with photographic and written description of the perceived fault in question.

Ship your items back to us: Items need to be returned at your own cost. Please print the Returns Form and include the first page inside your parcel and attach the second page to the outside of the parcel.

Privacy:

Holly Berry respects your right to privacy. Holly Berry will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. This website collects personal information when you shop with us. This information will infrequently and carefully be used to inform you of new products, events and updates. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through the Holly Berry online shop, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about it. Holly Berry uses your information for these purposes: to fulfil the orders and to contact you about new products and events. We do not monitor or record your shopping habits or use of the website. Any materials sent to - holly@hollyberrywoventextiles.com - will be considered confidential. After you place an order in the online shop Holly Berry will use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your product has been shipped. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by email if we have other questions regarding your order.
